Can I bring roll-ups to the event?

We do not permit the use of roll-ups at our events.

Where can we store our swag?

Onsite storage can be rented from our shipping partner. We offer lockable cabinets – which can be used to store swag – on our partner store.

Can I bring food and drinks to the event as swag?

All food and drink requirements must be organised through official event caterers.

Can we bring flyers, stickers and other printed material?

Web Summit is committed to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As such, we have taken a zero-tolerance stance for any single-use plastic or single-use promotional items such as leaflets and flyers onsite.

Can I bring business cards? 

We do recommend to use digital business cards over the physical ones.
