Onboarding Survey - This will be sent to you by your Partner Success Manager. Please complete this form with your company information, logo and exhibiting name, as well as to help us gain a better understanding of your objectives at Web Summit.
Please submit your Masterclass, synopsis, and host details using (this form which will be available soon) by Oct 2 at the latest. All content is subject to approval by the Gathering Team. Your Partner Success Manager will inform you once your Masterclass title and synopsis have been approved.
Please send your Partner Success Manager the full name, job title and email address of your ‘Gathering attendees by Oct 2 at the latest.
As the official Cocktail Hour partner host at the Gathering, you will have access to the Gathering for three event ticket holders. Attendees to be executive level and are subject to approval by the Gathering team.
Attendees must be confirmed (name, email, company and job title) by Monday, October 2.
Your package also includes the following benefits:
Develop and facilitate a one hour masterclass in front of up to 100 attendees at the Gathering.
Opportunity to have introductory remarks at the cocktail hour.
Branded tent cards. This will be dual-branded to include your logo and the Gathering logo.
Logo branding on the Gathering welcome board.
Logo branding on the Gathering digital schedule.
Branded welcome easel at the masterclass entrance.
Masterclass structure
Masterclasses should run for 30 minutes.
There is a maximum capacity of 100 attendees per masterclass session.
The masterclass will take place in a room within the Gathering venue on November 13. You will be informed of the location of your masterclass room in advance of the event.
If you are presenting slides during your masterclass, please send your presentation file to your Partner Success Manager by Monday, October 2.
How to curate an incredible masterclass
Choose a topic that is engaging and relevant to your audience.
Avoid sales pitches at all costs. Attendees don’t like them and they don’t work. Masterclasses are an opportunity to position yourself as an expert.
Please note that masterclass titles have a 55-character limit and the session synopsis has a 200-character limit.
All content is subject to final approval from the Gathering team.
Presentation guidelines
Please ensure that all presentations are in 16:9 widescreen format.
Ensure any audio and/or video embedded in your presentation is in .mov format and set to autoplay.
The presentation must be able to operate offline. We endeavour to provide a sufficient wifi service but we cannot guarantee that it will be available at all times.

1 x screen or projector to display content for the event.
1 x PA system mixer including speakers and 2 x handheld microphones.
