CIS Dinner

Onboarding Survey - This will be sent to you by your Partner Success Manager. Please complete this form with your company information, logo and exhibiting name, as well as to help us gain a better understanding of your objectives at Web Summit.

• Please submit your roundtable title, synopsis, and host details using this form by Oct 2 at the latest. All content is subject to approval by the CIS team. Your Partner Success Manager will inform you once your roundtable title and synopsis have been approved.

• Please send your Partner Success Manager the full name, job title and email address of your CIS attendees by Oct 2 at the latest. 

As an official partner of the opening dinner your package also includes the following benefits:

• The opportunity to deliver introductory remarks at the opening dinner.

• Branded welcome board and stand at the dinner.

• Dual branded menus at the dinner.

• Logo branding on the Corporate Innovation Summit welcome board and digital schedule.

• The opportunity to host one 30-minute masterclass session at CIS in front of the CIS audience.

• Branded welcome easel at the masterclass entrance.

• Access to the full CIS attendee list (name, title and company name) one week prior to the event.

• 3x invites to CIS which will include Chairperson access to the main event. CIS attendees are expected to be C-level / Executive level and subject to approval by the CIS team. Attendees must be confirmed (name, email and job title) at least 4 weeks pre event. 

Overview

• Choose a topic that is engaging and relevant to your audience.

• Avoid sales pitches at all costs. Attendees don’t like them and they don’t work. Masterclasses are an opportunity to position yourself as an expert.

• Try to keep your synopsis short and gripping with a “hook” question underpinning it. Example: Will AI change how we do business?

• Please note that roundtable titles have a 55-character limit and the session synopsis has a 200-character limit.

• All content is subject to final approval from the CIS team.

Masterclass structure

• Masterclass sessions should run for 30 minutes with max 2 hosts.

• All CIS attendees will be invited to the masterclass. 

• The masterclass will take place in a room within the CIS venue on Nov 13. You will be informed of the location of your masterclass room in advance of the event.

• The masterclass room will be set up theatre style for the attendees and will come with a full AV and stage setup.

• If you are presenting slides during your masterclass, please send your presentation file to your Partner Success Manager by Oct 2.

• Host should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their dedicated Roundtable. If late for your session,the organiser will try to accommodate where possible but may not be able to facilitate depending on the event schedule.

Presentation guidelines 

• Please ensure that all presentations are in 16:9 widescreen format.

• Ensure any audio and/or video embedded in your presentation is in .mov format and set to autoplay.

• The presentation must be able to operate offline. We endeavour to provide a sufficient wifi service but we cannot guarantee that it will be available at all times.
