Web Summit Qatar takes place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) from 23rd -26th February 2025.
Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) is just 20 min drive from the airport with more than 15 hotels within walking distance as well as major attractions, world-class museums and restaurants.
The venue is accessible through a car park with a capacity of 2,800 vehicles and is serviced by a non-stop taxi bay as well as a metro station.

Web Summit Qatar registration will open from Saturday, February 22 from 9am.

Event accreditation
You’ll need to register and collect your lanyard and wristband in order to gain access to Web Summit.
Your ticket can be found by logging into the Web Summit Qatar mobile app and clicking the box on the homepage or the "My ticket" section in the drop-down menu.
Please note: You must present a national photo ID at registration to receive your accreditation

The event will kick off on Sunday, February 23 with the Opening Night event (limited capacity).
Doors open: 5:00pm
Event content starts: 6:00pm

Important note on access:
There is very limited access inside the venue, and it is on a first come, first served basis. Entrance for Opening Night on Sunday, 23 February is through Entrance 2 for partner ticket holders. You can see the location of Entrance 2 on the venue map here; Overflow seating will be available in the park, where Centre Stage will be streamed live for everyone to enjoy. Night Summit will take place in the same park area immediately following the content session, ensuring that everyone can stay involved, whether inside or outside.
The exhibition floor will open from Monday February 24 - Wednesday February 26.
When can I set up my stand ?
There is no access to the event floor on February 23.
Partners will have access from 7:30am - 5:00pm. The floor will not be open to General Attendees until 9am on show days.
Accessing the venue early on February 24 is the perfect time to set up your stand with any merchandise and brief your team.
The Partner Success team has assigned your tickets to your designated ticket manager. You can find a breakdown of the ticket types here.
Each Web Summit Qatar ticket is assigned to a specific individual and is valid for the duration of the event. There are no day tickets available for Web Summit.
If somebody from your team cannot make it to the event, you can re-assign their tickets up until the beginning of the event.
If you are bringing someone under 18 please contact the Partner Success team who can advise on the process.
Chairperson ticket holders have access to Speaker's lounge throughout the event.
All tickets must be assigned by February 20. We recommend assigning tickets as soon as you can to enable your team to download the app and begin networking before the event.
The Web Summit Qatar app is available on the IOS App Store and the Google Play Store.
You can use the mobile app to build out your schedule for the event, network with other attendees, sign up for attendee perks and much more.

Your company profile displays your company information.
Each profile has the option to feature up to 6 attendees.
This provides an easy way for attendees to reach out to your team directly.
Any attendee perks, jobs board posts or talks featuring someone from your company will also be hosted on this profile.
Lead generation is a key objective for our partners.
To support this, we have launched the company scanning feature within our Web Summit event app and we also have teamed up with Zuant to provide another lead-scanning option to our partners.
For Web Summit, we have various options to help you generate leads at the event
The connection feature is available to all attendees on the Web Summit app.
This connect button can be accessed from each attendee's personal profile
Once you click 'connect' they'll be sent a connection request. Once they accept they'll be added to your 'Connections' section.
Your connections can be accessed from 'connections' in the main menu by clicking on your profile picture in the top left-hand corner of your app.

This lead scanning function is controlled by the ticket owner and can be enabled from your ticket dashboard.
This can be accessed from the bottom navigation bar on the home page of the mobile app.
There will be an option to toggle the company scanning on/off.
Once you scan an attendee they need to approve the scan on their app.
Any attendees scanned by your team in company scanning mode will appear in 'Leads' in the main menu by clicking on your profile picture in the top left-hand corner of your app.

Each company profile on the Web Summit mobile app has a QR code that can be scanned to connect with that profile.
When an attendee scans the QR code they will be prompted to consent to sharing their information with that company.
QR code scans will appear in 'Leads' in the main menu.
Alternatively, partners can avail of various lead retrieval packages from our third-party supplier, Zuant, which offers a ‘lite, classic, and pro’ package. Zuant packages can come with additional features and benefits such as customizable questions, and the inclusion of your company logo. If your core objective at our event is lead generation with the option to add additional questions etc, we would advise speaking to the Zuant team about the packages they have available.

Each night, attendees get exclusive access to unique events, each with a different theme and atmosphere. Hosted across the city of Doha, Night Summit offers something for everyone.

A drop-off service is available for your stand merchandise and other materials.
Merkur & Kuehne + Nagel will accept dropped-off materials for your stand on Friday, February 21st (8 am - 7 pm).

Partners that avail of the pre-event drop-off service will have their items delivered directly to their stand on the morning of Monday, February 24th before opening.
Anything exceeding 0.2 cubic meters must go to the venue through regular shipping services.

If you are bringing any merchandise to the event, please remember Web Summit have a zero-tolerance stance against single-use plastic on-site.
If you are hosting a masterclass, please remember to bring your presentation on a laptop and HDMI adapter if necessary.
Please note: Pop-up banners are not permitted at Web Summit.
If you plan on filming at Web Summit please see our camera guidelines here and let the Partner Success team know in advance of the event.
Some important things to note:
Camera crew tickets must come from the partner ticket allocation and should be kept to one camera operator and one assistant maximum.
The use of tripods is prohibited.
At all times, the crew should have an image release form available when filming in any areas attendees are or may be in.
