Deadlines : Submit all your startups by January 16
Your Partner Success Manager will send you a form that you will share with startups you want to bring to Web Summit.
Your startups should fill this form out themselves.
The deadline to submit is January 16.
Please ensure to provide all details when requested by your PS manager. Failure to do so will impact our ability to print items with your branding included.
It is highly recommended to get startups to submit the form as soon as possible, as this allows time to replace unsuccessful applicants
Partner startups will get the following included in their package.
3 startup tickets to the event which includes access to all three days of the event main floor exhibition space.
Opportunity to apply for PITCH, Mentor Hours, Startup Showcase, and access to startup masterclasses and roundtables.
Opportunity to be selected for Investor to Startup Meetings.
Dedicated startup success manager.
Access to the Web Summit mobile app to help build connections prior to, and during, the event & curate individual schedules.
*ALPHA startups exhibiting in their industry-vertical will exhibit with a 1m space as per the standard ALPHA package. Depending on the number of partner startups you are bringing to the event, they will exhibit for either 1 event day or all 3 days.
ALPHA – To qualify for the ALPHA track typically, the startup can have raised up to US$1 million in funding
BETA – To qualify for the BETA track typically, the startup can have raised between US$1 million to US$5 million in funding

Please note: Startups that submit the form, and do not meet the above criteria, will not be accepted. Please be sure to review startups and ensure they meet these criteria to avoid disappointment. Rejected startups can lead to delays in the onboarding of approved startups.
If a startup has been accepted into the startup programme, they will receive an email informing them of this. The partner contact (you) will be copied onto this email.
They will then be assigned a Startup Success manager and will begin receiving weekly updates.
If they are unsuccessful because they failed to provide important information, they will be sent an email asking them to resubmit using the same form. This can often be due to their website not working correctly.
If they are unsuccessful for a reason that cannot be changed, e.g. they are older than 5 years or are not in a suitable industry, they will receive an email informing them of this. Resubmission will not be possible.
Partner startup islands:
If a partner is bringing 8 startups they will exhibit together for the three days of the event. Please note the minimum requirement to maintain this startup island is 6 startups.
If a partner is bringing 24 startups, each startup will only exhibit for one day of the event. Startup boards will be switched each day to accommodate all 24 startups (particular exhibition days cannot be requested). Please note the minimum to maintain this startup island is 18 startups.
If the minimum number is not met, startups will instead exhibit in their industry-vertical and not on an island.
*Please note that Partner Startup Islands are not guaranteed to be located near your booth. Islands are allocated closer to the event and are based on floor space availability*.
Partner Startups exhibiting in industry-vertical:
Startups that are not being placed within a dedicated Partner Startup Island will exhibit for one day alongside other startups within their chosen industry. Particular exhibition days cannot be requested
Please provide your logo to your Partner Success Manager if you wish to have branding on the below.
If you would like to have dual-branded startup boards, please let your Partner Success Manager know. You must submit your logo via your Onboarding Form as soon as possible so the boards can be sent to print.
Partners with Startup Islands are afforded a branded hanging banner above their Startup Island. If you would like to have a branded banner, please let your Partner Success Manager know.
