Event registration

Our recommendations for a great registration experience

Inform your team in advance of our registration locations and opening hours.
Only the individual assigned to the ticket can collect their lanyard and wristband. It is not possible to collect accreditation for multiple colleagues.
Don't forget to bring a form of ID to register
Register in advance of the show floor opening (Monday 24 February). Our registration area is open serval days before the event.
There is a ticket support desk at registration should your team have any issues with the mobile app and tickets.

Access to the venue

In order to gain access to Web Summit Qatar, you will need to have a ticket for the event. Then please follow the below steps
Step 1. Download the Web Summit app and receive your personal QR code
Step 2. Register for the Event.
Step 3. Collect your lanyard and wristband.

Where do I register for the event?

At Metro Plaza (DECC), registration will be available at the following times:

Saturday, February 22
12pm-6pm

Sunday, February 23
10am-8pm

Monday, February 24
7.30am-5pm

Tuesday, February 25
7.30am-5pm

Wednesday, February 26
7.30am-5pm

Please note: These times are subject to change.

Each ticket type has a specific lanyard so you can identify Partners, Attendee's, Startups and more at our event.

Event registration

To register for Web Summit Qatar, you must present your QR code – found in the mobile app – and photo ID at registration in order to receive your accreditation.

You will need to download the Web Summit Qatar app from the Google Play Store or the App Store. To access the app, please enter your email and your booking reference code. Your QR code can be found within the app in the “Profile section”.

Accepted photo ID:

valid passport
valid government-issued photo ID
valid driver’s licence.

FAQ

Can I collect my colleague or manager's accreditation ?

No.

Each person must collect their own accreditation and provide a valid accepted photo ID.
