For all matters related to on-stand catering services, please contact your partnership success manager and they will facilitate an introduction to the official event supplier.Â
The final deadline for all on-stand catering orders is February 12th. A catering menu can be viewed here. It is advised to order all required items via the official event supplier as any external catering (items or suppliers used) will incur a corkage fee of 3500QAR per exhibition day, payable directly to the DECC.
The preparation of food at stands is forbidden (cooking, frying, roasting, etc.) and so is their supply to the visiting public if the preparation, conservation, and supply of the products has not been carried out by companies authorised to provide these catering services.
Only the direct sale of drinks or foods will be authorised in the event that the division in sections of the fair contemplates this possibility and as long as the products are delivered conveniently stored, packed and sealed in accordance with the legislation in force.
