Complete your onboarding form as soon as possible

An onboarding form will be sent to you by your partner success manager. Once your company details have been submitted, your company profile will be featured on the Web Summit Qatar website and – when it’s launched closer to the event – the mobile app.

Please note, failure to complete and submit this form will result in delays in promoting your online presence at Web Summit Qatar and may result in exclusion from any additional contracted marketing perks.

Completed your onboarding form ? Next step : Tickets

Please indicate in your Onboarding Form who shall be managing your ticket order for your company. They will gain access to a Ticket Dashboard, where they can assign tickets to your team.

Featured Attendee's/Speak to our Team

Each profile has the option to feature up to 6 attendees.
These attendees will feature on the company profile and will be able to access the connections gained from this page. These connections can be found in the leads section on the Web Summit Qatar app.
Once you have assigned your tickets, you can rehc out to your partner success manager, who can add featured attendee's to your profile.

QR Codes

This year at Web Summit Qatar, each partner will be provided with a unique QR code that leads directly to that partner’s profile page on the mobile app. There they can connect with the partner and any of its employees who are attending Web Summit Qatar.

How to I receive my unique QR code?

Once you complete your onboarding form the Partner Success team will provide you with your unique QR code.
