Themed ‘survey walls’ allows you to engage with attendees who are able to easily share their opinions on specific topics.
Provide visual evidence of direct engagement with your brand.
Offer attendees an appealing and tactile way of engaging with critical tech topics.
Generate data on topics relevant to your business or industry. (These statistics can be used in related content, extending the survey wall’s usefulness and influence.)
Position your business as a thought leader.
You can have a strategic say in where your walls are placed on the event floor to maximise potential engagement with your desired audience.
For example, if you want to create a survey wall focused on TikTok, the wall could be positioned near the Marketing Summit stage, where it will be seen by people interested in marketing and social media.
Please submit your artwork via this form by January 9 using the template below. Please note if you miss this deadline you will not be able to approve the final design before going to print.
Choose a theme. Walls at previous events focused on perceptions of sustainability efforts and the importance of social entrepreneurship.
Email this theme to your partner success manager as soon as possible.
You must also choose a wall location on the Web Summit event floor from a list of options.

The Web Summit production team designs the survey wall. The front will feature your chosen questions alongside Web Summit’s brand colours.
The back is up to you to design. We will give you a template, incorporating your company logo, for you to work from. The back design can feature your brand colours, imagery or anything else you’d like to share.

Scale
Visually, scales work well in this format. Asking a question can be answered on a scale of 1-10 - least likely to most likely, for example - can prove effective.
Quadrant
Quadrant layouts work for a different type of question. It’s important to make sure that each question using a quadrant format is open to a variety of opinions.
Multiple Choice
These are semi-structured questions with four possible answers. Attendees choose the answer they identify with most.
