With a curated list of attendees from the world of tech and beyond, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals, industry leaders, and potential partners. Invitations & guest list management:

• Branded invitations will be sent to your targeted audience.

• Your team will create create a landing page so you can keep track on RSVPs. This landing page will be included in the branded invitations. We recommend adding a cap to the number of attendees that can RSVP. Some Partners in the past have created their own landing page, or used platforms such as Event Brite. 

What's included:

• You will have the space for 90 minutes.

• We will provide cleaning for your networking reception.

• Standard furniture.

• One microphone and PA system, in case you want to do introductory remarks.

• A TV will be at your event with your logo diplayed

• Guest list management will be managed by your team. Make sure you have someone from your team at the entrance.

• Please consider how you will stay GDPR-compliant in your planning.

• Fill your onboarding form as soon as possible, we need your company logo to create your branding items.

• Pick your time slot. Please note that this first come, first served.

• If you are interested in having catering at your event, please ask your partner success manager to introduce you to our catering team. 

• The landing page must be provided by February 10.

• Invitations will be sent by February 18.

• Keep your success manager updated with the RSVP numbers.
