Merkur, together with Kuehne + Nagel and the DECC are the official service providers of on-site storage and the official international freight forwarder for Web Summit Qatar 2025.
Direct shipments to the venue by delivery companies and couriers are not permitted. If you wish to ship items to the event or avail of storage/material handling services, please contact the Partner Success Team for an introduction.

If you have a large volume of shipments for your stand, Merkur, together with Kuehne + Nagel provides a full range of services from advanced warehousing, freight forwarding, and on-site storage. Please contact the Partner Success Team for more information and an introduction.
Due to a high volume of inbound emails received by our logistics partner at peak times. It is advised to arrange your required services at your earliest opportunity and allow sufficient time for shipments and storage requirements to be coordinated and processed.
Storage at the venue is available for provided build partners stand materials and small items through a paid service by Merkur, together with Kuehne + Nagel.
Access hours to your items in storage will be confirmed in the coming weeks. There is no access to items in the storage area outside of these hours. The storage area is not accessible to Partners. Any request for items to be taken out of storage must be made with Merkur directly for the times listed above only. All items are in a locked location but are left at the Partners own risk.

Post-event shipping can be arranged through Merkur, together with Kuehne + Nagel for any items. Final requests for post-event shipping must be received by Thursday, February 25 at 1pm. This is a paid service.

Any items left in the venue or in storage after the event without shipping arranged, will be deemed to have been abandoned and will be disposed of in accordance with the Sustainability and Waste Disposal guidelines.
Merkur & Kuehne + Nagel will accept dropped-off materials for your stand on Friday, February 21st (8 am - 7 pm).
The fee for this service, payable to Merkur & Kuehne + Nagel will depend on vehicle type and load. Please ensure to supply Merkur & Kuehne + Nagel with your Partner Exhibiting name and your stand number.
Multiple boxes are not allowed, anything exceeding 0.2 cubic meters must go to the venue through regular shipping services.
