CW: Students were handed out a new unit 8 workbook (students were asked to update their graded assessments in digital portfolio). I taught lesson 1 connecting coordinate grid to find area of squares. I handed out the previous unit workbooks to all students to prep for EOG review. The Lesson Summary at the end of each lesson and important vocabulary is an excellent resource in the workbook! Please check with your student since I found many workbooks unclaimed!!
HW: Complete lesson 1 practice problems in Unit 8 workbook. Students have an assignment on School net due 4/3 next week (based on Mock EOG results, I will be focusing on few standards every week. This is an expectation and will help improve your student's final EOG score!)

3/14/19 - PI DAY CELEBRATION!

The topper recited 100 digits of pi (wow!!) and the second best was 58 digits of Pi (awesome!!). I'm so proud of all my students who tried their best to recite digits of Pi :)
