Whilst we like to complete the majority of our badge requirements together, as a team. Some can be completed at home.
Checkout the list of ideas below. All count towards badges, and we've included a picture of the badge so that you'll know if your Cub Scout has already completed it.
You can email completed Badges@Home to Toad, or bring in to a Pack Meeting.
And remember, every badge requirement completed wins a point for your Six, and if it completes the badge, you get extra points for that as well.
To complete their Digital Citizen Badge Cubs will need to track the time they spend online, playing computer games etc for 8 days. Download the form: Cub Digital Citizen 2 R2 Time Online, complete for 8 days and either bring in to Cubs or email to Toad. Parents might like to have a go as well.
Do you have a sport that you've been following for absolutely ages (well at least a few months)? If yes, can you design an A3 poster for us? Your poster should include information on:
Teams and \ or players, including your favourite
Any special equipment and \ or training needed to play the sport. Is it a sport anyone can play?
The rules of the sport.
Major events in your sport. Is there an annual league, a world cup. Is your sport part of the Olympics?
What matches you've seen. You don't need to have seen them in person, matches you've watched on TV are good to include.
Once you've completed your poster, email to Toad or bring into a Pack Meeting, and be prepared to talk about your poster for a few minutes with one of the Leaders or Young Leaders.
