Patience - Being calm and tolerant when things get difficult
Knowing that others are different or have different ideas and that it is okay to be different
It is ok to notice people being different, but it is not ok to point it out or laugh at them or make them angry. Just walk away or be polite to them and remember you are not their boss
Patience is a great skill to have and we need to do our breathing exercises, stop and think before I say something and wait quietly for my turn. It is something we have to practice.It is just a part of life that you have to wait sometimes!
Treat each other with kindness and care
Peace means solving problems calmly and without fighting
Using self regulation to calm down and change my colour back to a more positive one
Knowing how to do breathing exercises to calm myself down and knowing where to go to calm down in the school or classroom
Knowing which people make me feel out of control or upset and staying away from them to keep myself regulated
School will be full of fun and calmer
We will be able to wait patiently for things rather than being annoying or making others lives unhappy
There will be no incidents in the playground
I understand how I am feeling all the time and can control myself
