Knowing and sharing my zone of regulation
Knowing what the atua and colours mean
Recognising in myself how I am feeling and what colour/atua I am on
Changing my peg during the day so others know how I am feeling
Taking notice of how others are feeling and managing myself accordingly
Knowing that if Eli D is clapping and/or yelling that he is feeling uncomfortable and managing myself accordingly
Using self regulation to calm down and change my colour back to a more positive one
Knowing how to do breathing exercises to calm myself down and knowing where to go to calm down in the school or classroom
Knowing which people make me feel out of control or upset and staying away from them to keep myself regulated
School will be full of fun and calmer
There will be no incidents in the playground
I understand how I am feeling all the time and can control myself
