Here's how to make sure your slide deck is published so that everyone can see it on your blog. You must make sure you SHARE your slidedeck:

File>Share>Share with Others>General Access - choose "anyone with the link".

Then, share AGAIN:

File>Share>Publish to Web>choose to EMBED, then make the size small, and copy and paste the html code into your blog under the Add Media>Embed function.
