Week 5
Week 5
Sharing, taking turns, and supporting others
Being calm when we get out during a game
Giving put ups to those who succeed, and even those who don't
Be kind to others - you don't know what is behind their behaviour, maybe they have had a bad day already and you might make it worse
Kōrero pai - use good words to everyone
Know that the equipment we use at school belongs to everyone and sharing is what we do at Waitara East; you'll get your turn
Everyone gets a turn, sometimes it isn't your turn, but wait patiently
Share what you have with others if you feel you should, but they can't bully you to share
Know that some people need more help than others, more equipment than others and that is ok - they need more help than you do to be able to do what you can do with no help. Think of others.
There will be lots of people having fun
There will be no incidents in the playground
Everyone gets a chance to share
