We will achieve this by:
Using our mana at all times
Only saying nice things to people - kōrero pai
Thinking before we speak
Knowing everyone has mana and we should treat them as such
Not gossiping behind people's backs
No tattletailing with tiny or small problems
Make people feel good by filling their buckets
Listen to others with a kind ear
Know that other people have differences and that it is ok to be different and to think differently - they still deserve respect
Success Indicator:
People will feel valued and happy
There will be no incidents in the playground
I understand how I am feeling all the time and can control myself
