North County LGBTQ Resource Center
The North County LGBTQ Resource Center is a local non-profit that serves the LGBTQ community through counseling, support groups, advocacy, HIV prevention/support, LGBTQ Competency trainings as well as some social events. https://www.ncresourcecenter.org/
Q Chat Room
Q chat room is for LGBTQ+ teens age 13-19. The website is www.qchatspace.org. It is a live chat space. There is no audio or video. Conversations are facilitated by experienced staff who work at the LGBTQ centers across the US, but they are not mental health professionals. Young people can use this site to gain support and build community in a safe environment. There is also a list of resources on the website.
