Work Permit Information

**ALL work permits expire 5 days after the start of the school year. You must renew your work permit at the beginning of the year in order to remain eligible to work.

General Instructions:

In order to obtain a work permit, you must complete a Work Permit Application Form, found here. Once you, your parent, and employer have completed the form, you may turn it in to our Career Tech in the Career Center or via email to mvhscollegeandcareer@vistausd.org (scan or photo of the work permit is acceptable). Once you submit your form, it will be processed and your work permit will be emailed to you.

What are the requirements for me to be eligible for a Work Permit?
