Current MVHS Student Transcript Requests

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

Please note that all Transcripts requested after May 1st will be considered as Final Transcript requests and will not be sent out until after the Spring final grades have been posted.

Should you need a transcript to be sent sooner please complete your request through Parchment and also email our Registrar, Mrs. Embrey, at sherylembrey@vistausd.org so that she can process it prior to the end of the school year.

ONLY request your Transcript if a College, Scholarship, etc. has requested one from you.

(Please note CURRENT STUDENTS will not be charged for any electronic transcript Requests)

STEP 1 - REGISTER YOUR PARCHMENT ACCOUNT


Register your Parchment Account by clicking on the registration link that was emailed to your school VUSD Gmail

or by clicking the following link:

STEP 2 - REQUEST YOUR TRANSCRIPT

Click the link to Order your Transcript

  • Step # 1: Sign in to your personal Parchment account

  • Step # 2: Select Transcripts "Order"

  • Step # 3: Determine where would you like to send your transcripts?

College/University

  1. Select "An Academic Organization, Admissions Office, Business, or Other Organization. "

  2. Search your College

  3. Submit your request

Scholarship

  1. Select "Yourself or Another Individual "

  2. Select "Electronic Delivery (Email)"

  3. Enter the Organizations Email or yours if they do not have one

  4. Submit your request

Yourself

  1. Select "Yourself or Another Individual "

  2. Select "Electronic Delivery (Email)"

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Submit your request
