Element of Soul

The element of soul is one that has always been considered off-putting to a majority of beblune. Its followers and believers, however rare they may be, tend to appreciate the line between life and death. Some consider it to be sinister as it does involve the passing on of a being, while others consider it to be a neutral element, simply guiding those at the end of their life to whatever waits beyond. Organized religions surrounding it are largely abolished, but worshippers may be found tending to graveyards, aiding in funeral rites for different clans, or putting up modest shrines in their homes to honor the tectore.

Level 1 Abilities

1. Spiritual Affinity
The beblune can communicate with the spirits of those who have passed on in their immediate vicinity

2. Ectoplasmic Parts
One or more of the beblune's parts are made up of ectoplasm that they can manipulate like a normal body part

3. Ghost Parts
The beblune appears to have extra limbs... but they're not physical

4. Empathetic Touch
The beblune can touch any other living being and feel its emotions as their own

5. Danger Detection
This beblune can sense if someone around them is in immediate danger

6. Pacifying Aura
This beblune has an aura surrounding them that causes nearby creatures to be placed into a state of total relaxation

7. Frightening Gaze
A look from this beblune can paralyze a creature with fear

8. Charon’s Curse
This beblune’s iris and pupils now look like coins, they are blinded by this effect

9. Apathetic Aura
This beblune has an aura that removes all emotions from creatures in their vicinity, making them feel numb

Level 2 Abilities

1. Siren Song
The beblune can manipulate others' emotions with its voice. It can be irresistibly alluring or mind-numbingly terrifying

2. Necromancy
The beblune can manipulate dead organisms and grant them unlife. The unliving are bound to the beblune that raised them, and they have limited cognizance - enough to server their new master

3. Spiritual Manipulation
The beblune can summon, communicate with, and even control the spirits of those who have passed on

4. Ethereal Form
The beblune can take the form of a spirit at will. Their spirit form does not have to match their physical form, but it bears enough similarities to be recognizable as the beblune

5. Astral Projection
The beblune’s soul can leave their body and enter the spirit plane. If they venture too far from their body, though, they might not be able to find their way back

6. Mimicry
The beblune can mimic any other demi power as long as they are in proximity to its owner

7. Power Negation
The beblune can suppress another demi’s powers as long as they are in proximity to them

8. Possession
The beblune can possess other sentient beings and control them. They can also summon a spirit under their control to possess others

9. Vampirism
The beblune must consume the lifeforce of other beings to survive. The form of said life force can vary in form

10. Hypnosis
The beblune can put others into a hypnotic state where they can convince them of things and influence their behavior

11. Restless Spirit
This beblune does not have the need for sleep any more, they may even find that they cannot sleep voluntarily

12. Manipulate Dreams
This beblune can manipulate the dreams of other creatures

13. Induce Sleep
This beblune can instantly induce a restful sleep in any creature, which will wear off when they are no longer in proximity

14. Predict Death
The beblune can look into the soul of another creature and predict how they will die but not where or when

15. Ley Line Travel
This beblune can use the spiritual forces of ley lines to traverse distances. The distance varies with the energy expended to travel.
