Both! There will be a participation prize for each person and then a winner for each event or prompt will get special items.

Yes! You can change quest lines or the beb signed up until the first prompt starts.

Other than the due date, they will not be extra time sensitive. There is still possibly a reward for posting a prompt entry late as well.
