Native to: Eastern Australia
- Size: Big! (30 to 60+ feet)
- Sun: Full sun, tolerates both summer heat and winter frost
- Hardiness: to around 25 degrees
- Water: Medium (2 times weekly during dry months)
- Flowers: golden-orange bottlebrush-like blooms
- Attracts: bees, butterflies, humming birds and Oriels
- Other Information: Needs space! Brittle wood can result in broken branches and it can be quite messy after a bloom
