- Size: Grows up to 10-12 feet
- Sun: Full to part sun (slightly sensitive to frost, frond burn)
- Hardiness: Mid-twenties, will burn below 30 degrees
- Water: Medium (2 times weekly during dry months)
- Flowers: Yellowish white flowers and the fruit is eatable.
- Attracts: pollenating insects when blooming, birds and small mammals when fruiting
