            ВЕТЕРАНСКИЙ ХОККЕЙ

                Немолодые дяди, седые, как и я,

                По льду гоняют шайбу, младые годы для.

                Игра забыть заставит заботы и дела

                Под сердца стук спортсмена в предчувствии гола.

                Пока гуляет шайба меж клюшками по льду,

                Пока коньки рисуют узоров чехарду,

                Мы – живы, мы – мальчишки, азартны и легки…

                … А иней покрывает усталые виски…

            OLD-TIMER HOCKEY

                You see the old people, grey-haired busy men

                With their pucks and bandies today feel young again.

                This game takes off troubles and any business needs,

                Roll-in anticipation in hearts of men of deeds.

                While puck between the bandies is tracking on the ice

                Where skates are stroking patterns eye-catching, chic and nice,

                I am alive, hot-tempered and nimble-footed boy.

                Although the tired temples are frosted, I enjoy!
