Council changes reporting timescale

The Council originally said that they would report back to residents by September 2025.  They have now changed their tune and said that they would report back by October 2025.

They have also quietly and without announcement published data.  The Council's own figures now show 85% opposition to the CPZ proposed. More than 70% never experience parking problems.

Even on Chesterfield Road and Stanhope Road, on the edge of the current zone, views are divided.

Barnet Council have stated:

"Due to the volume of responses we received to the informal parking engagement, an outcome has yet to be agreed."
