Applying for a permit

Information on how to apply for a parking permit can be found on Barnet Council's website.  Barnet Council now use MiPermit to deliver this service.

MiPermit is rated 1.5 on Trustpilot.

"Terrible terrible company, arguably the worst customer service I've come across. Multiple emails following initial online form, took 4 weeks for initial reply, and then despite replying the next day, another 9 weeks had passed (with 3 chase emails) and still no reply. Finally got through to someone on the phone, after 45 minutes on hold....then kept telling me the same thing and did not help. Ironically the complaints procedure is also an email, so I don't imagine It will get actioned until early 2027."
