Average occupancy under a third

Analysis undertaken by the Underhill Residents Group shows that, on average, less than a third of parking spaces are now used in the Underhill South Controlled Parking Zone area.

Please note that these are unofficial figures and the Council are unlikely to publish their own during the consultation period.  The number is of cars observed parked in bays that are enforceable by the Council.

The occupancy rate seems consistently low and one concern might be how this would be sustainable for the Council without raising charges at the earliest possible opportunity.
