Click EPIC BUTTON in top left hand corner

Scroll the PATIENT CARE Tab, then click ENCOUNTER

Click NEW

You should now see this screen.  For “type” click DOCUMENTATION

Click Note, then type .VIRBIOPSYREQUEST.  The Biopsy Request form should then populate

Complete your note.  Click ACCEPT and then SIGN VISIT
