Create the Report
2. Go to EPIC, and create a note and make it a "TREATMENT PLAN"
3: In the note, do the dot phrase “.postY90dosimetry” (if you don’t have it, be sure to steal it from one of the VIR IO providers).
IF you want to do planning Y90 dosimetry, utilize the “.preY90dosimetry” dot phrase.
4: Copy the pictures from your MIM report into the EPIC note. Fill out the notes section too.
5: Copy the notes section of your EPIC note, and put this on the PACS report.
6: When you ‘save’ your MIM report in MIM, be sure to also click the “Save as Secondary Capture” button so one can see the report on the SPECT/CT for easy reference.

3- Fill out the note and copy the MIM report pictures into the EPIC note.
4- Copy and Pasty the text of the EPIC note into your Y90 PACS report.
5- Save your MIM report, both in MIM and in PACS (by clicking “Save as Secondary Capture”).
