Toradol, 15 mg per side during embolization if nerve block, 30 mg per side if not
Preservative-free lidocaine, 5 mg per side if no nerve block
Nerve block (Keefe & Salazar):
30 mL 0.25% Bupivacaine, 15 mL 0.5% Bupivacaine
80 mg Triamcinolone Acetonide (Kenalog)
Oxycodone 5 mg Q4H PRN
Phenergan (Promethazine) 25 mg IV once (Promethazine will be terminated from the order set on July 2, but still available as an independent order)
Zofran 4 mg Q4H PRN x5 days
Percocet 5/325 Q4-6 hrs (take only when in pain), #30
Naproxen 500 mg PO BID x7 days (take regardless of pain)
Colace 100 mg QD x7 days
Radial cocktail: 2 mg Verapamil + 200 mcg Nitroglycerine + 3000 U Heparin
