Legacy Partners' Nomination and Continued Support for the Texas High School Welding Series (TXHSWS)
Effective communication and well-defined criteria are crucial in the establishment and maintenance of partnerships. To strengthen the phrasing regarding the nomination and ongoing support of Legacy Partners for the Texas High School Welding Series (TXHSWS), the following proposal is suggested:
Nomination and Sustained Support Guidelines for Legacy Partners within the Texas High School Welding Series (TXHSWS) Framework
Section 1: Nomination and Approval
1.1 Legacy Partner nominations for participation within the Texas High School Welding Series (TXHSWS) will be made by a board member and subject to approval by the board.
1.2 Nominees must meet the criteria of sustained engagement and commitment to the mission of the TXHSWS.
1.3 Legacy Partners must demonstrate tangible support for the TXHSWS for significant or unique contributions or support prior to nomination consideration.
Section 2: Ongoing Commitment
2.1 Once approved, Legacy Partners are expected to maintain their support for the TXHSWS on an annual basis to retain their corporate status within the program.
2.2 Annual support is defined as active participation, financial contribution, and engagement with the TXHSWS initiatives.
2.3 Legacy Partners are encouraged to continuously enhance their involvement, fostering a collaborative environment that amplifies the impact of the partnership.
Section 3: Benefits of Legacy Partnership
3.1 Approved Legacy Partners will gain official recognition as integral supporters of the TXHSWS, showcasing their commitment to the growth and development of high school welding education.
3.2 The TXHSWS will acknowledge Legacy Partners through various channels, including official communications, event materials, and online platforms, providing heightened visibility and credibility.
3.3 Legacy Partners will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the TXHSWS, participating in discussions aimed at shaping the program's future.
Platinum Sponsorship – $10,000.00 Donation (Monetary or In-Kind)
Placement of your company logo on the TXHSWS blowup banner used at the big 4 signature and state event for the entire year.
Company logo featured prominently on the platinum web page of the TXHSWS website.
Receipt of 4 VIP tickets for the end-of-the-year skeet shoot fundraiser.
Gold Sponsorship – $5,000.00 Donation (Monetary or In-Kind)
Placement of your company logo on the TXHSWS blowup banner used at the big 4 and state event for the entire year.
