Hello Teachers,
Super excited about our upcoming event and I want to thank all of you for brining your girls to this contest. Please make sure you print out the waver on our contest site and get the girls to get it signed by their parents. Bring the waver and payment with you to the check-in table in the LGI Saturday. Checks can be made out to:TXHSWS or cash is excepted. Make sure your girls have their PPE also. Students may use a grinder in Level 4 only. Levels 1-3 can use a chipping hammer and handheld wire brush only.
Time limits will be strictly enforced as follows:
Level 4 - 45 mins.
Level 3 - 20 mins.
Levels 2 & 1 - 15 mins
Parking signs will be posted for your convivence, and the bus lot is reserved for Vendors only. Main entrance to the contest and check-in is next to the Bistro, but you may also enter on the Richmond side of the school through the doors by the flag poles. Lunch will be served to the contestants, and our Culinary department will have their breakfast and lunch counter open for business. We look forward to seeing everyone Saturday at 7:00 am.
