2019-20 Certification Events and Competitions

09/28/19 - "Kick Off" Waller County Fair

The Texas High School Welding Series is Kicking Off the 2nd Year of Welding Certification Events at the Waller County Fair September, 28th 2019. Waller County will start off the year with an three levels of welding competition, a Bring Your Own Rig Team Welding Event, Oxy-fuel Cutting Contest, Tool Identification and Safety Test Contest, a Master Welder TIG Competition/Certification and lots of hands on educational booths to explore. Competitions and Certifications are open to Texas High School Students only but the event is open for the public to view. There will be lots to learn and see at the Waller County Fair Kick Off on September 28th.

40 Certifications Earned!

For the safety of our future welders we are postponing/rescheduling/canceling the events for the rest of the 2019-20 school year - Certification Events will be on the calendar for the 2020-21 year. Thank you for you patience and stay safe during these COVID-19 times.
