1. People with multiple tick bites.
2. People who developed arthritis, active synovitis and/or had a high sed rate.
3. Heart murmurs.

Does everyone with Lyme need an IV?
1. Id positive spinal tap for inflammation.
2. High sed rate.
3. Sick for more than one year.
4. Age over 60.
5. Acute carditis.
6. Immunodeficient people or those who are on or have been on steroids.
7. Can't tolerate oral therapy.
