Fairy Fort
Older generations within Eirmuir speak both in respect and fear when mentioning Fairy Forts, they date back before the creation of Eirmuir as a Clan. Fairy Forts are a round circle of trees.
The veil between the mortal realm and the spiritual realm is weak within the forts, several are dotted across the territory. The Fairies are spiritual beings often spotted lingering within the Fairy Forts. In them, Eirmuirians can interact with Spirits - but at risk to their own being, being that those who linger do not always have good intentions.
Menhirs
(Standing Stones)
The original meaning behind these tall standing stones is lost to the Eirmurians, it is believed that they are connected to the ancients who vanished as within many of the stones there are carvings which are undecipherable. But what the Eirmurians know about these stones, is that they protect them.
It is unknown how, but they are undamageable to the extend of their knowledge and they will continue to protect them. There are circles dotted like the Fairy Forts, but also there is a ring of Menhirs around Eirmuirs land expelling evil that tries to enter.
Ogham Stones
Similar to the Standing Stones, these hold protective properties but are a reason to be cautious. While Eirmurians cannot understand the marks laid upon the rock, the Valleyfolk have begun to notice the length of the marks which relay to warnings or messages.
Some are to be wary of venturing too close to certain points of the border, or avoiding the sea caves outside of the territory on the opposite coast for a beast might be laying in wait.
