Due to the forever broken and continued breaking of the functionality of Deviantart, WSV is testing out a new system in regards to contacting admins, cashing pieces, and submitting new characters. New features and uses for the ticket system may be added in the future, or some of these may be taken away as they are tested for effectiveness and functionality.

Please do not use the note system at all on Deviantart. If you need to contact the admins for any reason, use the ticket system in our server. Notes received from members will not be answered. If you are a nonmember looking to contact admins, you are free to send notes to our group as the discord server is private to active members only, meaning you do not have access to this system.

We understand that the ticket bot can have down times, planned or not. If it is prolonged, we will assess the situation and come up with a solution.

GENERAL & MISCELLANEOUS

This is your just overall miscellaneous ticket choice if your reason for creating a ticket does not fall into any of the other categories. While there is a questions channel in the discord that you are still completely free to use, sometimes players may feel more comfortable asking in a more private chat, or the question is a bit too complicated for there. Other reasons this ticket type may be used is to provide general comments/feedback on systems, plots, etc of the group when there is not an active feedback survey open. Additionally, any complaints or concerns against members or moderators may use this ticket. In this case, only admins will have access to the ticket so as to provide some privacy. If the complaint or concern is against an admin, please directly contact one of our other admins privately.

Form:

• Short reason for ticket creation: (Pack specific question, general group question, feedback on ticketing system, concern on member smimley) 

• There is no need to go into any detail for this, just provide us a few words on why the ticket is being made, so we know if we need to adjust who can see the ticket.

PLOT RELATED

As stated in our rules, we would like to have a general sense of major character plots players have, to ensure they follow codes of their faction, group rules, and fit into our world and don't conflict with any other events or pieces of lore. We don't need to know extreme details of everything, we're still readers too! However, as just stated, we want to make sure it fits in to our world and does not break any restrictions the group has. For example; we don't need to know about a plot to progress your character's skills in hunting, but if on one of those hunting trips, another character is jealous of their skills and sabotages your character so that they become injured, or killed, this needs to be brought to staff's attention. Only admins have access to these tickets.

Additionally, you may use this ticket if you have a question about a faction or group-wide plot!

If you made this ticket to ask questions revolving a faction/group plot, there's no need for a form, just ask away!

CHARACTER RELATED

These tickets are for everything character related. Got a new character you want to submit for review and approval? Ticket. Looking for approval of a major edit to your character's design prior to purchase? Ticket. Editing a portion of your character's written bio (major changes like changing events of their history, personality overhauls, etc)? Ticket. This ticket may also be used to ask about a potential design you want to use if you are unsure if it falls within our guidelines. Only admins have access to this ticket type.

Please remember that if you are submitting a new character to bring into the group, their written AND visual application must be fully completed as if the instant you submit them to us, they could be uploaded to the group and ready to throw into action. Additionally, purchasing the character slot ahead of time is prohibited, and staff will inform you after approving your new character when you can officially make the purchase for them to enter the group.

• Link to Character: (stash, deviantart, google doc, etc. If it's a full character approval, make sure both their visual app and their written app are accessible to us)

CASHING

This is your one stop shop for all sorts of earnings and spendings! Consider it your bank, if you will. When you create a ticket, you only create the ONE ticket. DO NOT CLOSE THIS TICKET FOR ANY REASON. smim may manifest into your house and whack you with a newspaper if you do, discretion is advised. This ticket will remain open for your duration within the group, and is the one place you go to turn in pieces for chimes, or spend your hard earned ones on your characters. You may cash/spend your chimes for multiple characters in a single post/ticket, so long as they are still separated enough to be distinguishable.
