We wrap up the Bootcamp with the groups sharing their builds. Think of this as a pres-assessment. We watch, observe, and listen to how they worked together, how they communicated, and in the presentation their sharing of ideas.
This captures the foundation of where we are starting. As students navigate their learning journey we want them to come back and revisit this moment to compare who they are at the end to experience and witness how much they have grown as people.
