It is the responsibility of the script keeper to keep the script up to date and of best use to the group, but it is also their responsibility to ensure that the script reflects the loving group conscience and not any one individual's will. In this intent, please check the following guidelines before updating the script, and if in doubt, consult with the group conscience before proceeding.
Things that do not require a group conscience before updating:
Any changes voted through in a previous group conscience
Updated dates
Updated group treasury balance
Updated names of relevant servants and any contact details as required
Updated links to literature
Any updates that do not change the text of the script
All other changes, including any additions, removals or changes to the script, should be first ratified by the Group Conscience at a Business Meeting before being updated.
