(Meeting moderator)
Every quarter, we have a business meeting to discuss any changes to our meeting. Attendees may, when prompted, offer suggestions to the meeting as "motions." Afterwards, moderator will ask for someone to "second" that motion by saying "I second that motion." Finally, moderator will say "we will now vote on this motion to ____________" Then moderator will call for a vote. "All in favor? All against? All abstain?" Motion will pass if and only if votes for yes are the majority of the responses (over 50% of voting participants). Unpassed motions may be re-motioned at a later meeting.
