• Program Fee/Tuition Receipt for new, non-Health Scholar applicants:

  • • This may be paid on you SurveyMonkey portal used to apply to the program. If you are unable to figure out how to pay, email Kevin, our Care Navigator Administration Coordinator (sjocnac@copehealthscholars.org) and he will send you a separate tuition link. You will not be able to attend training days without paying tuition!
