(the user jabs WS into the ground as a waterlily opens in front of them as a spike appears at the center of it that pierces the targets in front of them before the waterlily decays.)

R - Stem strike

(the user charges up and throws WS forward which will drag any target along with the spear itself until either the spear slams into a surface which damages targets who are on it as well, or the spear doesn't hit a surface for too long and pierces through the target and bursts into water before a new one reforms in the user's hands.)
