CEPS (Coordinated Eviction Prevention System)

Description

Coordinated Eviction Prevention System (CEPS) provides services and resources for households and individuals in order to remain housed.  Services are up to 12 months.     

Services

Case ManagementConducts intake/needs assessment and creates formal case plan in collaboration with household.  Case management services include, but are not limited to:  childcare needs, benefits assistance, job readiness/job training, adult and child education/resources, money management, safety, etc.

Housing and Resource Navigator Conducts and completes housing assessment and provides resources.  Once housing risk is identified, would provide housing navigation services such as, but not limited to:  housing resources, communication support (communicating with landlord), housing counseling, financial counseling, conflict resolution, housing search assistance, etc.  Guides and walks with families through the process of stabilizing their housing situation.

 CEPS provides case management, housing navigation, and resource service for households and individuals in order to remain housed.  Households/individuals who are low-income and a renter at risk of losing their home may be eligible for services.  If interested, check out the flyer and please fill out an interest form!
