Healthy Start Perry Elementary

Description

Perry Elementary Healthy Start serves students and families by linking them to services and community resources to eliminate barriers to student success, Including: Emergency food, medical and dental assistance, public benefits screenings, plus parent and child development services, etc. Individuals and families are strengthened by connecting with all that their community offers.

Eligibility

Programs are limited only to students and families of Perry Elementary.  However, if a member of the community needs resources, they can reach out.
