Healthy Start Military Family Resource Center (HSMFRC)
Description
Strengthens families and communities by offering connections to resources such as food assistance, housing, counseling, emergency financial assistance, parenting classes, support groups, and more. Currently open Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30am. Walk-ins are accepted, however, if the client wants to speak to someone in particular, recommend calling ahead of time to ensure that the individual is available.

San Diego Military Family Collaborative
Courage to Call: We've partnered with Courage to Call to connect families with temporary counseling services to help bridge the time before an individual is set with a permanent provider. 8 sessions are provided for free.
Support to Miller Elementary, Hancock Elementary, and Farb Middle School
Eligibility
Programs are open to all families from across San Diego. Program staff has a specialty working with military/veteran connected families, but civilian families are very welcome. The eligibility of each program will be detailed separately.
