Healthy Start HSMFRC - Health and Wellness Activities

Description

Programming to encourage healthy living.  Events for parents and children to get together, meet other families, enhance children’s growth and development through fun interactive activities and shared learnings. 

Services

Playgroup:  Weekly playgroups held Wednesdays from 2pm-3pm.  For updates and virtual connections to the group, please visit https://www.facebook.com/HealthyStartMilitaryFamilyResourceCenter. Each month, a different theme or learning is shared through activities, games, crafts, story-time, and snack for the kids. 

Gardening:  Weekly gardening groups are currently on hold until we can get a new gardening volunteer!

Eligibility

Parents and children (ages 0-5). We welcome older children during school vacation periods.  Military/Veteran connected families as well as civilian families welcome.
