Description
Students and families are linked to services and community resources to eliminate barriers to student success. Including: Emergency food, medical and dental assistance, public benefits screenings, plus parent and child development services, etc.

Clairemont neighborhoods and Madison Cluster schools. Currently not meeting with the community in-person on school site. However, if a member of the community needs resources, can connect virtually.
