Resource & Referral Hub 

Description

The Resource and Referral Hub supports all SAY programs by assisting clients with navigating resources within SAY San Diego and within City Heights. This support includes providing resource and referral navigating and accessing services. Clients will receive individual support and appointments in order to improve health and wellness and achieve self sufficiency goals.

Service Requests

Resource and Referral Hub requests will be reviewed within 1-2 business days. Please note that requests will take approximately 3-4 business days to process once the requests have been reviewed.  If your request is time sensitive, please message rocio.herrera@saysandiego.org directly. Please submit all requests utilizing the following link:  Resource and Referral Hub Connection Form (office.com).

Eligibility

Services are open to any SAY clients, community members, or interested parties seeking resource and referral services from SAY San Diego.
