A different girl who knew Child A says
"We found this out after her suicide, but apparently she secretly streamed on the internet. Now, her video is circulating among the students."
We were shown a complete different video, where Child A was playing around and simply having fun. Child A, a pretty child who looked like the actress Nana Eikura was shown wearing a white separate swimsuit, dancing the "Marumori dance", made famous by the drama "Marumo no Okite" starring actress Mana Ashida with the lead role.
Here's a link to the dance if you want to see it- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pT39qWvQF0c

"So Child A can laugh and dance like this.."
However, on the internet, there were cases showing how mentally unstable she was. It was 1 week before her suicide. A local news reporter states,
"On the internet forum "2chan", she wrote things like "I want to do a suicide stream. I have been wanting to do something like this. If I just went and died everyone would be so surprised. There is a stairwell. There's no fence on the stairwell. Below is concrete, so if I hit my head it would look so painful. If I suddenly did a suicide stream, I'd be a legend", which could be seen as her announcing her suicide stream. The posts were written with very bad spelling, and show how mentally unstable she was at the time"
Note- 2chan (Roro) are the posts this is mentioning. Like this article says, her spelling was SERIOUSLY messed up, it was a pain to read.
The text still doesn't fully explain her suicide, but it is said that her suicide could be due to problems unique to a generation connected so closely to the internet.
Shizuo Machizawa, psychiatrist, and president of "Machizawa Mental Clinic" says the following,
Note- apparently this psychiatrist is known for giving his opinion on news articles, etc. He even has his own Wikipedia entry.
"In the age of the internet and smartphones being so closely connected to our lives, it's become easier to upload videos, and the younger the generation is, the "desire to be seen" is growing stronger. The stream could be her doing a "ceremony of saying goodbye", expressing her desire for attention. Even if there are no problems in their life, many young people feel that "there's no point in living", or that they're "an existence as pointless as thin air", causing them to impulsively choose to die. These thoughts are all self-centered, and don't even consider to think how their families or friends could feel."
Note- this is completely my own opinion, but brushing away a person's suicidal thoughts as "attention seeking", and "selfish" are literally the worst things you could do to a person struggling with them. If you ever see anyone around you struggling, LISTEN to what they have to say. More often than not, they just want someone to listen and understand without arguing against every single thought they have.
There is nothing about suicide that is heroic or beautiful in any way. Perhaps the world of the internet, where anyone could instantly become a star, caused this girl's death.
